What we collect

• · Email address — for sign-in (one-time links) and your report history
• · Addresses you search — to generate reports and show your history
• · Photos you upload — to run the renovation-quality analysis
• · Payment status — handled by Stripe; we never see or store card numbers

What we never do

We do not sell your email, your searches, or any of your data to real-estate agents, lenders, or anyone else. No lead generation. That independence is the product.

How photos are handled

Photos you upload as a buyer are sent to our AI provider solely to produce your analysis and are not published or used to advertise. Homeowner-submitted photos are stored privately and shown publicly only with the owner's explicit consent after review.

Service providers

We use Supabase (database & authentication), Vercel (hosting), Stripe (payments), OpenAI (photo analysis), and licensed property-data providers. Each receives only what is needed to provide its function.

Cookies & storage

We use essential cookies for sign-in sessions. We do not run third-party advertising trackers on the site today; if that changes (e.g. ad-conversion measurement), this policy will be updated first.

Your choices

You can request a copy or deletion of your account data anytime: support@homefyi.com. Deleting your account removes your report history and entitlement records (Stripe retains transaction records as required by law).
